About Me
I’ve always been drawn to creativity, but sitting behind a screen watching the world carry on without me never quite felt right. I thrive on people, connection, and energy — I need that balance between creating and truly being with others. I’d long been told I had a natural way with people, and with previous experience supporting individuals with special needs, it felt only right to follow a path where care, understanding, and creativity could live side by side. That journey led me into teaching, where working closely with people with complex needs taught me how to listen beyond words, connect on a deeper level, and respond with genuine empathy. There’s nothing quite like the fulfilment that comes from knowing you’ve made even the smallest positive difference in someone’s life.
Photography became the perfect meeting point for all of that — creativity, care, storytelling, and giving something meaningful back to others. It allows me to capture emotion, preserve fleeting moments, and create something that will be treasured long after the day itself has passed.
My love affair with photography actually began many years ago at school, after I cheekily borrowed my Grandad’s fully manual film camera and started experimenting. With access to a darkroom, I fell head over heels for the entire process — learning how to shoot, develop film, print my own photographs, and happily lose hours getting my hands messy and having fun. Years later, when I picked up my first digital camera, that spark instantly reignited. Moving into wedding photography felt completely natural. It brought together everything I love — people, stories, creativity, and those beautifully relaxed, real moments that simply can’t be staged.
These days, you’ll find me hopping across London, Essex, the South East and beyond, documenting wonderful couples as they celebrate one of the most meaningful days of their lives. Growing up in Surrey and having roots across the South East means I feel equally at home soaking up the calm of the countryside or the buzz of the city — and I love that my work allows me to enjoy both. My endless curiosity and genuine interest in people mean that wedding photography doesn’t just feel like a job… it feels like exactly where I’m meant to be.
I truly believe your wedding day should be full of laughter, love and ease — not stress or stiff poses. You won’t find me pulling you away for hours or interrupting the fun. Instead, I’ll gently guide where needed, encourage you to relax and enjoy yourselves, and steal a few quiet moments together so you can breathe, connect, and take it all in while I capture something special.
Your only job is to be in love and enjoy every second. Mine is to tell your story honestly, emotionally and joyfully — and, if I’ve done it right, to make you smile and laugh along the way.
