About Me

I’ve always been drawn to creativity, but sitting behind a screen watching the world carry on without me never quite felt right. I thrive on people, connection, and energy — I need that balance between creating and truly being with others. I’d long been told I had a natural way with people, and with previous experience supporting individuals with special needs, it felt only right to follow a path where care, understanding, and creativity could live side by side. That journey led me into teaching, where working closely with people with complex needs taught me how to listen beyond words, connect on a deeper level, and respond with genuine empathy. There’s nothing quite like the fulfilment that comes from knowing you’ve made even the smallest positive difference in someone’s life.

Photography became the perfect meeting point for all of that — creativity, care, storytelling, and giving something meaningful back to others. It allows me to capture emotion, preserve fleeting moments, and create something that will be treasured long after the day itself has passed.

My love affair with photography actually began many years ago at school, after I cheekily borrowed my Grandad’s fully manual film camera and started experimenting. With access to a darkroom, I fell head over heels for the entire process — learning how to shoot, develop film, print my own photographs, and happily lose hours getting my hands messy and having fun. Years later, when I picked up my first digital camera, that spark instantly reignited. Moving into wedding photography felt completely natural. It brought together everything I love — people, stories, creativity, and those beautifully relaxed, real moments that simply can’t be staged.

These days, you’ll find me hopping across London, Essex, the South East and beyond, documenting wonderful couples as they celebrate one of the most meaningful days of their lives. Growing up in Surrey and having roots across the South East means I feel equally at home soaking up the calm of the countryside or the buzz of the city — and I love that my work allows me to enjoy both. My endless curiosity and genuine interest in people mean that wedding photography doesn’t just feel like a job… it feels like exactly where I’m meant to be.

I truly believe your wedding day should be full of laughter, love and ease — not stress or stiff poses. You won’t find me pulling you away for hours or interrupting the fun. Instead, I’ll gently guide where needed, encourage you to relax and enjoy yourselves, and steal a few quiet moments together so you can breathe, connect, and take it all in while I capture something special.

Your only job is to be in love and enjoy every second. Mine is to tell your story honestly, emotionally and joyfully — and, if I’ve done it right, to make you smile and laugh along the way.

About You

You’re a little bit creative, wonderfully yourselves, and you want a wedding day that feels like you. A day that’s relaxed, full of laughter, and brimming with meaning. Photography matters because you know these moments will pass in the blink of an eye — and you want a beautiful, honest record to bring them rushing back every time you look at your photos.

You’re not interested in spending hours lining people up or missing the fun. You love the idea of photography that quietly unfolds as the day does — real moments, natural emotions, and all those in-between glances that tell your story far better than any pose ever could. You’re looking forward to stealing a little time together, just the two of you, to soak it all in while creating images that will mean more with every passing year.

You can’t wait to be surrounded by the people you love most, to share a day filled with happy tears, belly laughs, questionable dance moves and thoughtful, quirky details that make your celebration unmistakably yours. It’s a day for connection, joy and making memories you’ll treasure forever.

Because this day matters so deeply to you, it matters just as much to me. From the nervous excitement of the morning right through to the wild dancing at the end of the night, I’ll be there to capture it all — gently, unobtrusively, and with so much care. On your wedding day, it’s always about you.

If this feels like your kind of photography and you’d love me to tell your story, I’d absolutely love to hear from you. Let’s have a chat and see where it takes us. 💛

Anything Else to know

I mainly work across London, Essex and the South East of England, but I’m always more than happy to travel further if your plans take me there.

On the day, I’ll arrive with at least two high-speed digital SLR cameras, so you can relax knowing there’s always a back-up in place and everything is covered.

For extra peace of mind, I can also provide an up-to-date enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) check, valid within the last year, should you feel it’s helpful.

Many Thanks.
